The prefect tea for anyone looking for a present to take overseas with them. Billy Tea is named after the billy tins used in the outback to make tea. The billy was filled with hot water, tea and eucalyptus leaves and swung around several times to infuse the water.
A blend of mostly Australian Daintree tea with some added chinese black tea and a sprinkling of eucalyptus leaves. The leaves have been smoked during the drying process to give them a distinct smoky aroma.
