Dalgona Matcha


Make a super simple yet delicious dalgona matcha with just 4 ingredients!

  1. Whisk the sugar and cream together until soft peaks form.
  2. Add Japan Matcha and continue to whisk until you have stiff peaks.
  3. Add ice and milk to two 250ml glasses and top them with the whipped matcha.
  4. Stir and enjoy!


  • 2 x tbsp of sugar
  • 4 x tbsp of thickened cream
  • 1 x tbsp of Japan Matcha
  • 500 x ml of cold milk
