A unique savoury speciality. A mild Bancha tea is combined with toasted (and popped) brown rice to produce an unusual roasted and slightly nutty flavour.
From the master:
The legend goes that a Japanese samurai was enjoying a cup of green tea one day. A servant accidentally dropped some rice into his cup. The samurai beheaded the servant on the spot.
