Description
This famous Chinese tea is produced by pan frying the flat jade leaves to produce the characteristic mellow flavour. With a delicious aroma and a slightly sweet aftertaste engage your senses in ancient Chinese dragon lore.
From the master:
This tea is incredibly rich in antioxidants and vitamin c.
The name of this tea literally means “dragon well”, a well that contains relatively dense water. After rain the lighter rainwater floating on the well’s surface sometimes exhibits a sinuous and twisting boundary with the well water, which is supposed to resemble the movement of a traditional Chinese dragon.
